Included with your Session
What is included?
All sessions/services include high resolution access to all the best photos from your session in an online downloadable gallery.
How many photos do I get?
A lot! It depends on your session length and the amount of poses we're able to capture. I generally give you all the photos (basic edit included) that I would want to hang on the wall if it were my family! Mini sessions can be between 50 to 150 or more.
What if I need retouch?
I can usually retouch the simple stuff - acne, a stray hair or two, or an owie or bruise. More advanced and time intensive retouch that I'm able to do will be limited to a few of your favorites. Anything more extensive, I will contract out and there will be additional fees. You can read more about retouch options and services here.
Where can I print my photos?
You can print them easily through your gallery or you're welcome to print them through a print lab of your choice once you download them.


Dates & Times
What if I don't see the date or time that I need?
Contact me to chat about availability. A little bit of schedule juggling may open up the date and time you need. I can also put you on a waitlist in case a spot opens up.
Do you offer morning sessions?
For sure! These times don't show on the booking app to cut down on confusion, but contact me for morning session options.
Do you offer Sunday sessions?
No, sessions are only offered Monday through Saturday.
Can you hold a date in the future such as for weddings or family reunions?
For sure - I can most likely pencil you in for a date or two while you finalize plans.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
If you need to change our session date, please let me know within 48 hours of scheduling. The sooner the better! After the initial 48 hours, there will be a $250 rescheduling fee. In case of sickness or inclement weather (rain, wind advisory, fires), I'll suggest we reschedule at no extra charge. If a session is cancelled within 2 weeks of the session date, the retainer fee/deposit will be charged to the credit card on file.

Where are you located?
I'm based in San Elijo Hills, San Marcos, California. I serve North San Diego County including Carlsbad, San Marcos, Encinitas, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Del Mar, Vista, Escondido, Valley Center, Oceanside, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Penasquitos and all of San Diego County for weddings and special events.
Can I pick a location outside the North San Diego county area?
Check with me about options for the date you need. There is an option to upgrade your location when scheduling but I need to make sure it will work with our date and time and my family's schedule. Locations within 20 miles from 92078 are included at no extra cost.


More Questions
How long until I get my photos?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your photos, possibly longer the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas. They are usually done much sooner but plan on 1 to 2 weeks to allow for plenty of time.
How do I get coupon codes?
Sign up for the newsletter for the latest coupon codes! Coupon codes are not valid for weddings and events.
I can't seem to find my gallery from a previous session. Do you still have the images?
My photo hosting site is now "archiving" older galleries. Let me know which ones you're looking for and allow 1-2 days for them to retrieve them.
Can I purchase gift certificates?
