Everyone together and looking good.
These sessions are usually one of the only times everyone is in the same place. There’s a lot to coordinate, and that main group photo matters.
I’ll move us through it with a plan so we get that photo right, along with all the smaller groupings that matter to you.
And while we’re doing that, if something genuine happens along the way, we capture that too.

What this actually feels like
Structured, but not stressful.
I’ll move us through everything with a clear plan so no one is left wondering what’s next or how long this will take.
Not everyone needs to be “on” the whole time. We’ll rotate through what’s needed, give people space when it helps, and come back to things if we need to.

Before Your Session
When you book, there are some questions to help me understand how to serve you best.
This is a great time to tell me all about your hopes for our session, all the must have shots and how you envision displaying them in your home.
I'll also ask about your group size, family structure, family dynamics, approximate ages of little ones, mobility issues and location preference.
From there, I'll suggest the best locations for us and make a rough timeline.

You don’t need to go through all of them. They are there if you want a little more direction.
Any questions I'm here to help and am happy to provide feedback on color palettes and outfits.
After Your Session
Within 2-4 weeks, you'll receive a text and an email with links to your galleries including:
- Full gallery of edited images easy to share with family.
- High-resolution downloads.
- Custom prep and sizing for those you'll be displaying.
- Post session support including retouch options on your favorites.
- Unlimited downloads and access to your online gallery for years to come.

Best scheduling & start times
If you're visiting the area, plan your session early in your trip. It makes a big difference.
By the end of a trip, people are usually overly-tired, overly-scheduled and quite sunburned—and you can see it in the photos.
Sunset light is ideal, and I’ll help you choose a location that works best for your group.
Beaches usually start about 1–2 hours before sunset, while trails and shaded areas give us more flexibility.
A quick note on group size + timing
The amount of time we need depends on what you're hoping for and on your group—how many people, how many individual families, how many little ones, and how everyone tends to move together.
Shorter session
Works well for smaller groups, older kids, or when you’re keeping things simple.
Longer session
Gives us more room for larger groups, younger kids, or more combinations.
Pricing is based on the time we need, not how many people are in your group.
If you’re not sure the best fit for you, I’ll take a look at your group and what you’re hoping for, then recommend the session length that fits best.

30 Minutes - $600
60 minutes - $1000
90 minutes - $1350
2 Hours - $1500
How to Book a Session
Send me a text and we can chat about dates.
When planning way ahead, If you need me to hold your session date or a range of dates while you coordinate with everyone, not a problem!
Communicating through texting is great or we can set up a call - it's up to you.
When you're ready to book, I'll send you a link to my booking app where you select your custom date and time.
You'll answer a few questions, pay the deposit and enjoy all the pretty guides.
There will be three emails the week of the session with more tips and a link on the day of to get to our session location.
